Just downloaded and installed OpenVPN and Tunnelblick 3.7.4b. Tried connecting using, one after the other, Connect vpnbook-us1-tcp80, vpnbook-us1-tcp443, vpnbook-us1-ucp53, and vpnbook-us1-ucp25000.
